Women tend to sacrifice their time, and in turn their dreams, to tend to the lives of others around them. In fact, we often carry guilt that we are not doing enough for our family and friends.

I want to help women break this cycle. I have created a number of workshops and seminars that address these issues and show women the value in taking time for themselves. HEALING THE MYTH OF THE SUPERWOMAN SYNDROME

Helps women realize and accept that they do not have to do it all. Also helps women understand that taking time for themselves is not selfish; it is self-less. When women take time for themselves, it positively impacts the family and community. Women will look at how they spend their time. Putting themselves first and stepping boldly into their gifts and strengths allows them to achieve their goals and support others.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTORING OUR YOUNG WOMEN AND BEING A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL

Helps adult and adolescent women understand the importance of mentoring other women and being a positive role model. Women will understand what mentoring is and how sharing experiences, knowledge and wisdom helps them and others excel.

Learn how to make an appointment with yourself and keep it. Teaches why it is crucial to make health and happiness a priority while developing your business. This requires having clear goals and a balanced life. Learning not to do it all but rather doing what is important.
